Terms for using Testez.

The service and eligibility

Testez is an 18+ marketplace where creators publish focused product-testing requests and testers choose assignments and submit feedback. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password and account access, and activity performed through your account.

Creator responsibilities

Creators must have the rights and authority needed to submit, share, and distribute the product, content, links, files, instructions, and access details used in a test.

• Do not distribute malware, phishing material, unlawful content, stolen or infringing material, or unsafe instructions.
• Give testers focused, honest instructions and only request access or personal information reasonably needed for the test.
• Respect tester feedback and do not harass or retaliate against testers.

Tester responsibilities

Testers should make a genuine attempt at accepted assignments and provide honest, useful feedback.

• Do not attempt security or penetration testing unless the creator has explicitly authorized it.
• Do not misuse credentials, invite codes, private links, or other access details.
• Do not redistribute private access details, harass users, manipulate credits, or submit deceptive feedback.

Credits and tester rewards

Purchased and earned credits do not expire. Credits are usable only within Testez, are non-transferable and non-withdrawable, cannot be sold or exchanged between users, and have no cash value to users.

One tester slot consumes one credit. A tester currently earns one credit after the canonical completion of an eligible assignment. Credits and rewards may be corrected where fraud, duplication, error, or abuse is identified.

Unclaimed capacity is not automatically returned merely because a request is waiting. If its creator closes the request, remaining unclaimed slots are returned as Testez credits. Claimed and completed slots remain spent, and existing claimed testers may finish.

No guaranteed outcomes

Testez may prioritize aging or unfilled requests, but does not guarantee tester availability, claim timing, completion, feedback quality or usefulness, or any business or product outcome.

Products and links come from third-party creators and may be beta or unfinished software. Testez does not verify every user, product, link, instruction, or tester. Use appropriate care when accessing third-party products.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Testez a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and support the service, including providing requested feedback and enabled AI-assisted synthesis.

Closing a request does not erase its historical assignments, feedback, results, or necessary accounting records.

Enforcement and availability

Testez may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove unsafe material, or correct credits where reasonably necessary to address abuse, illegality, security risks, or breaches of these Terms. The service may change or experience interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Testez is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for third-party products and links. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect where practicable. Continued use after an effective change means the updated Terms apply. Questions can be sent to support@testez.app.
